Try It Tuesday!! KB Focus!!


Welcome to Tuesday!! Grab yourself 2 mid-weight KB's and 1 heavier KB and get ready to rock out this work-out.


* Please note with abs or lunges make sure you are doing Right/Left as 1

* you will complete the 500 m row twice before you move onto the second round.


Round 1 is 20 Reps each activity

Round 2 is 15 reps each activity

Round 3 is 10 reps each activity


You will complete 3,000 meters of rowing by the end!!


Challenge your weight and focus on your form!!
