Try it Tuesday!!


This one will catch up to you fast!!


First two sections - focus on good form and increase your weight as possible.


Complete a 500 m row before heading into the next section.


Deadlifts and Front squats should be preformed with a straight bar and a challenging weight. (I increased mine by 10 pounds each round)


Last section- PICK a challenging KB and stick with it. (I used a 35 lb. KB)

Complete 5 rounds of each one before going to the next one.


Example.

10 Goblet Squats into 10 burpees Repeat x 5 before moving on!


Finish with a 500 M Row!!
