
This is a fun one!! The 90 sec. on is a challenge so pace yourself!!
As a Crew we did a pre-workout set of:
Full length gym walking lunges into 15 weighted goblet squats
Full length gym walking lunges into 15 weighted goblet squats
REPEAT X 4 (or a total of 8 Full length walking lunges plus goblet squats)
Have your stations set up and use a good app to count down your work to rest ratios!!
