
Grab a Partner and GO!!
Each section one partner will be doing the first exercise and the other partner will be doing the other one- for 30 reps!!
Example:
30 KB SWINGS
30 Sit-ups with Weight
* if you are done early you will hold a plank until your partner is finished.
After you both do 30 on each exercise- Go to the 20 Reps and onto the 10 reps
Switch to next partner activities!!
** Biggest thing to remember is to push the weight, watch your form and HOLD THAT PLANK until they are finished.

1 Box and a Partner!!
20 minutes EMOM
Partner 1 will start with 8-10 Box Jumps, Partner 2 will start with 10 Burpees. (rest for the remainder of the minute) Switch activities for each minute for 20 minutes!!
