Happy Tuesday!!


Section 1 is a COMPLETE FOR TIME:


Do each section with good form and a challenging weight!

Write your time down and share it with us!!

This is a good one to really test your whole body!!














Section 2 is 20 of Active work!!


For 5 minutes you will complete the first exercise as stated.

Example:

50 Goblet Squats

in the remaining time left of the 5 minutes you will do as many burpees as you can!!


Rest 2 minutes and move onto your next 2 exercises for 5 minutes!!


As always challenge yourself with either..

Weight

Speed

or decreased rest!

Always FORM over anything!!
