Fitness Friday!!

Today you will have 4 stations.

Each station is AMRAP for 4 minutes

Enjoy a 1:20 rest between stations.


Station 2 4 Minutes AMRAP1AP)

21 reps - 3 wall climbs- 15 Reps- 3 Wall climbs- 9 Reps 3 Wall climbs

Alt. KB Cleans and Climbs as above


Station 2 (4 Minutes AMRAP)

15 reps - 12 reps - 9 reps

Wall Balls 15 - 12- 9

Burpees 15 -12- 9


Station 3 ( 4 Minutes AMRAP)

9 Reps- 6 Reps - 3 Reps

Deadlifts

Box Jumps


Station 4 (4 Minutes AMRAP)

30-20-10

Ball Slams

Air Squats- Butt to Ball


After you have completed each station you will REPEAT.

Second Round try to challenge yourself by: Increasing how many times you complete it, add more weight, and try not to rest at all!!
